What Changed
A fragmented TrovaNow brand became a clearer, more credible PRECEDE Foundation identity.
Complex pancreatic cancer research became a more human, accessible digital story.
Disconnected content and giving paths became clearer journeys for donors, partners, and patients.
TrovaNow struggled with a fragmented brand identity and an outdated, “blog-style” web presence that failed to reflect its status as a global leader in pancreatic cancer research. The original site featured inconsistent font hierarchies and a clinical, uninspiring aesthetic that undermined donor trust and user engagement. This legacy infrastructure lacked the sophistication necessary to bridge the gap between complex scientific data and the human stories behind the research, creating a barrier for high-value donors and at-risk patients seeking a reliable, authoritative resource.
The primary objective was to execute a complete brand transition from TrovaNow to the Precede Foundation, centering on a new visual language of “Hope, Accelerated.” Strategically, the project aimed to overhaul the UI/UX to create seamless pathways for distinct audiences, specifically targeting a 25% improvement in site dwell time and bounce rates through modernized content architecture. Additionally, the mission sought to professionalize the digital environment to better secure institutional partnerships and simplify the donation funnel to drive measurable funding growth.
Built a new visual language around “Hope, Accelerated” with a more modern blue and violet palette.
Used a high-impact homepage architecture with stronger hierarchy and clearer value communication.
Integrated visible Donate CTAs, institutional trust signals, and partnership cues.
Turned static content into an accessible, human-centered journey across devices.
